Embodied Spirit invites you to integrate any fragmented parts of your "self" and to build a life of fully realized and invigorated potential. (All coaching is web-based unless otherwise noted.)
Spirituality is the foundation of our practice. Beginning with your intake session, your spiritual director will check-in with you on a periodic basis as you touch upon the many themes in your life and begin to integrate.
If you do not already have a therapist, we may recommend one of our therapists to be another companion on your journey. Explore your relationship with yourself and others. Issues of identity and social location also explored. Most insurances accepted.
You have a number of options in how you bring the body into your spiritual journey. Ever cry doing yoga? Release your concerns through a defined practice of yoga and, for the brave, Thai massage.
With attention paid to the spiritual, the relation to self and others, and relation to the body, we then offer trans-personal modalities, which bring another dimension into your interior journey.

We're not recommending any cookie-cutter diet, if you'll excuse the put. Instead, develop a reasonable, persoanlized plan with your Precision Level 1 Certified and ISSA-Certified Sports Nutritionist to help you reach your specific goals. (Coming December 2020!)
You've worked on your past and present. Now, take a look at your path forward with an NBHWC-Certified Wellness and ICF-Certified Life Coach. May include career coaching. (Coming March 2021!)
And finally, bring peace into your life by shining a light onto the often-ignored shadow: your relationship with money. This blueprint will put the finishing touches on your life journey. May include optional wealth management referrals.
Enhance your experience by sharing your journey with others. Weekly web-based coaching groups and quarterly in-person retreats bring your "me time" into a socialized context. (Social distancing is practiced on our retreats through April 2021, therefore limited seats are available.)
Choose to live a healthy and fulfilling life. Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally and physically healthy lifestyle.
In order to live a higher quality life, maintaining optimal wellness is key. Everything we feel and do relates to our well-being and directly affects our actions and emotions. In order to subdue stress, reduce illness, and ensure positive moments in your life, you must achieve optimal wellness.
To achieve optimal wellness, one must apply it towards every possible endeavor. You can apply a wellness approach towards your environment, community, career, belief systems, physical activities, self care, healthy eating, self esteem, and creative activities. Applying wellness in your everyday life will allow you to achieve your full potential and live with passion and purpose.
